Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 celery stalk, chopped
Worcester sauce
Salt and pepper
16 oz. frozen tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat 350 degrees
  2. Bake tater tots halfway – just so they are partially cooked and not completely frozen
  3. Brown beef and celery in skillet – drain
  4. Season beef/celery with salt and pepper and sprinkle Worcester sauce over everything
  5. Transfer beef/celery into baking pan, then top with tater tots
  6. Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
  8. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes
