Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 celery stalk, chopped
Worcester sauce
Salt and pepper
16 oz. frozen tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat 350 degrees
- Bake tater tots halfway – just so they are partially cooked and not completely frozen
- Brown beef and celery in skillet – drain
- Season beef/celery with salt and pepper and sprinkle Worcester sauce over everything
- Transfer beef/celery into baking pan, then top with tater tots
- Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
- Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes
