Ingredients
1-2 pounds steak, chopped into cubes
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
4 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups uncooked egg noodles (add to slow cooker the last 30 minutes)
Directions
- Combine steak, flour, salt, pepper in a Ziploc bag – shake and coat
- Heat oil medium high in skillet – sauté steak until browned (about 5 minutes)
- Put meat in slow cooker
- Add onion soup mix, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce
- Cook low for 4-5 hours
- Add uncooked noodles to slow cooker – cover and cook on low for 30 minutes
