Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
4-6 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Brown beef, celery, and onion in skillet
  2. Drain fat
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer covered, 15-20 minutes
  4. Remove lid and continue to simmer until it is not too runny
