Ingredients

Bone-in pork chops
1 packet Goya Sazon seasoning
1 teaspoon Goya Adobo seasoning
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Italian dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well
  2. Massage marinade all over pork chops and sliced onion – let sit for an hour if possible
  3. Preheat 400 degrees
  4. Heat olive oil in frying pan
  5. Sear pork chops in frying pan 2-3 minutes per side (put onion slices in pan, too)
  6. Place pork chops onto baking sheet (place onion slices on top of pork chops) and put into oven for 7 minutes
