Ingredients

6 medium carrots
2 tablespoons chopped onion
4 tablespoons melted butter
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Peel carrots, and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
  2. Cook in boiling, salted water about 15 minutes (or until tender)
  3. Melt the butter and add onions – cook slowly, and do not let them brown
  4. Drain carrots when tender, and add the butter and onions
  5. Place in serving dish and top with parsley
