Ingredients

1 pound Italian sausage
 1 ¼ cups water
 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano (undrained)
 1 cup tomato sauce
 8 oz. dry pasta, uncooked
 Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat skillet medium-high heat
  2. Add sausage – crumble, cook, and drain
  3. Add water, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, uncooked pasta – stir to combine and bring to a boil
  4. Cover and reduce heat
  5. Cook 15 minutes (or until pasta is tender)
  6. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese
