Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 celery stalk, chopped
½ onion, chopped
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
3 oz. tomato paste
1 cup beef stock
¾ tablespoon chili powder
¾ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Crumble beef in large pot – add celery and onion and cook until browned – drain
  2. Add other ingredients to pot – stir, cover, and let simmer 20-25 minutes
  3. Serve with shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top
