Ingredients

1 cup Crisco
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups + 4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat 375 degrees
  2. Blend Crisco and sugars
  3. Add eggs and vanilla – mix well
  4. Add combined dry ingredients – mix well
  5. Stir in chocolate chips
  6. Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes
