Ingredients
Chicken thighs with bone and skin
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup chopped onion (optional)
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat 375 degrees
- Place chicken skin side down in a 13 x 9 baking pan
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pour on top of the chicken
- Bake uncovered 40 minutes
- Turn chicken over and bake for another 10 minutes
