Ingredients

Chicken thighs with bone and skin
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup chopped onion (optional)
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat 375 degrees
  2. Place chicken skin side down in a 13 x 9 baking pan
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pour on top of the chicken
  4. Bake uncovered 40 minutes
  5. Turn chicken over and bake for another 10 minutes
