Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
¼ cup flour
3 ½ tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 ½ tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
Directions
- Cut breasts in half horizontally and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Place flour in small bowl
- Dip chicken in flour and coat
- Melt most of the butter in skillet (save 1 tablespoon)
- Cook chicken in skillet 2-3 minutes until golden (high heat)
- Add garlic and remaining butter (medium high heat) and stir briefly
- Add vinegar, soy sauce, honey – stir/shake pan to combine – simmer 1 minute
- Turn chicken to coat in sauce
- Remove from stove and drizzle remaining sauce over chicken
