Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
¼ cup flour
3 ½ tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 ½ tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup honey

Directions

  1. Cut breasts in half horizontally and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  2. Place flour in small bowl
  3. Dip chicken in flour and coat
  4. Melt most of the butter in skillet (save 1 tablespoon)
  5. Cook chicken in skillet 2-3 minutes until golden (high heat)
  6. Add garlic and remaining butter (medium high heat) and stir briefly
  7. Add vinegar, soy sauce, honey – stir/shake pan to combine – simmer 1 minute
  8. Turn chicken to coat in sauce
  9. Remove from stove and drizzle remaining sauce over chicken
