Ingredients

1 cup bread crumb
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
Chicken thighs
Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat 350 degrees
  2. Put the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Ranch mix in a plastic Ziploc bag
  3. Put some olive oil in a bowl
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the olive oil, and then put each piece into the Ziploc bag and shake
  5. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  6. Put chicken on baking sheet
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes
