Ingredients
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs Parsley 1 garlic clove ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ½ cup Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon lemon rind (optional) 1 pound cod, haddock, or halibut 2 teaspoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat 325 degrees
- Mix all ingredients except fish and butter
- Rinse fish and pat dry
- Rub fish with butter and dip in breadcrumb mixture
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes, uncovered, until fish flakes
- Drizzle with additional melted butter
