Ingredients

8 oz. noodles
½ cup butter
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Grated parmesan cheese
2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

Directions

  1. Preheat 350 degrees
  2. Cook noodles
  3. Melt butter and cook mushrooms in large skillet until lightly browned
  4. Stir in flour and blend with a fork; then stir in milk, chicken broth, and salt/pepper
  5. Whisk sauce constantly until thickened
  6. Combine sauce, noodles, and chicken
  7. Place into casserole dish and generously sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
  8. Bake for 30 minutes
