Ingredients
8 oz. noodles
½ cup butter
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Grated parmesan cheese
2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
Directions
- Preheat 350 degrees
- Cook noodles
- Melt butter and cook mushrooms in large skillet until lightly browned
- Stir in flour and blend with a fork; then stir in milk, chicken broth, and salt/pepper
- Whisk sauce constantly until thickened
- Combine sauce, noodles, and chicken
- Place into casserole dish and generously sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
- Bake for 30 minutes
